    1901 C.G. Conn New York Wonder Coronet silver plated w Orig. Case, accessories
    I took this into the local music shop and have obtained the following information:
    Serial number is 68483 and was manufactured in 1901, per the C.G. Conn website
    Silver plated
    Model is New York Wonder
    Mouthpiece is the original mouthpiece
    Accessories are also original to this Coronet
    Case is the original case.  120 years of wear is apparent however the clasp closes
    properly and holds the horn securely.
    The music guy said the value is 600-800 in this condition.
    Additional information:
    Several small dings exist and there is a slight bend in the horn.  These can be repaired quite
    inexpensively per the music guy.  Please check the pictures.
    The valves all move freely though one is a bit sticky and could use oiled.
    One of the valves has lost the mother of pearl top insert, it is not present.
    Original mouthpiece, please note there is minor damage at the insert end, shows in the picture.
    One of the hinges on the inside accessory cover is loose and has lost the screws.
    3 bottles of valve oil are empty.  They look like they are pretty old though so they go with.
