  • Condition: Nice playing multi-key silver cornet from the early 1900's. Silver finish highly polished and nearly intact throughout. See photos for wear spots. Valves show some normal wear but horn plays well. Low pitch. All dents removed . Still has some surface scratches and dings remaining.

    Description

    This a really nice silver King B/B flat/A cornet.  Low serial number places manufacture during 1910.
    The horn was disassembled, repaired, cleaned and polished.  Valves are aligned and has good felts and corks.  All major dents are removed with some light scratches and dings remaining.  Comes with the extra A slide.
    Note
    that this horn requires a smaller shank mouthpiece (not included) such as a vintage V-cup or warburton BC-series shank with cup of your choice.  Tone varies widely with mouthpiece cup design.  Deeper V- or Bowl-shaped cups are best.
    The horn comes with a vintage hard case.
