Conn "The Wonder" cornet

This instrument was discovered in Wisconsin near Baraboo which is the home of the Circus World Museum.  In the early 1900's the Ringling Brothers Circus and many others called Baraboo, WI their home.    Because of this many circus bands traveled through the area.    The music for Chicot the Clown was found in the case so the assumption can be made that this was an instrument used in a circus band.
