The seller had been in the business for years  the "Hip Hop Holiday Stop" was first located in Montgomery Hills, Silver Spring, Maryland as part of seller business called  "The Trade Center and Flea Market".  The Business was later moved to a larger space on RT 1 in College Park, Maryland, and then later to a space even larger on Rt 355 Hyattstown, Maryland, and now has been moved to West Virginia on the main level of Market Center Mall.

His vast knowledge and experience is just an email away, to provide  answers to all your questions.
@ The seller has health issues, and just had his 4th Stroke and has reluctantly place this fantastic business opportunity up for sale. Due to age and health issues it has become apparent that someone else must take over this wonderful business and realize its true potential, which should flourish under the right ownership and location.

Local Pick Up is Best For Us
if you want everything and the Display Cases and the other display racks. If you can come pickup everything we will help you load and pack with your materials. Keep in mind, you will need a truck to get everything and display cases and display racks.
You can also choose to have everything shipped by freight, but you must make all arrangements, see information below
.
(2.) If you have a
shipper. Please ask your shipper if they need everything on a pallet. We do not have any Pallets, r if we will need to buy them, and you will be billed for them. Then we will need to prepare the pallet for delivery. If we need to palletizing everything please let us know. You will need to make all the arrangement for pick up and shipping with your shipper and cover the total shipping costs.  (Note: Your Shipper will need a Truck with a lift gate, we do not have a dock nor a pallet jack. SpecialGroup requests that Buyers contact SpecialGroup within 3 days of auction close to confirm shipping arrangements. We feel it will take us, up to 30 days to
palletizing everything. We ask that your shipper pickup everything within 61 days of the close of the sale. All shipping arrangements must be made in advance.

3.) If you can't pick up everything and you do not want Display Cases nor the display racks . We might be able to ship most of the stuff by USPS or FeEX. If so SpecialGroup does charge a handling fee, that  will be for packaging materials, boxes and above the shipping costs. SpecialGroup may ship via United States Postal Service. FedEx, or UPS. Please note that SpecialGroup reserves the right to substitute an equivalent service from another carrier to better meet the needs of a particular situation. If you want need a particular shipping, please e-mail US to see if there might be an extra charge.  Due to the large size and heavy weight of the inventory, we require a physical address, no P.O Boxes please, and remember we do not ship outside of the continental United States.
Payment
The Buyer will receive an invoice within 24 hours after the close of auction. The Buyer must contact SpecialGroup within 3 days following notification from eBay and SpecialGroup to make final payment arrangements. SpecialGroup will invoice the appropriate sales tax if required. Provision of a valid resale certificate or tax-exempt certification with payment may
exempt buyers from sales tax. SpecialGroup will need t
he deposit of ,000 t
o be paid within 1 days of Sale close by PayPal, and arrangement for the balance soon there after,must be wired to sellers bank paid in full and RECEIVED within 7 days of auction close, unless other arrangements had been made. SpecialGroup reserves the right to cancel the transaction and sell the item to another interested party.
Bid Cancellation
If you have in adversity hit the Buy it link or otherwise are unable to abide by terms of our listing, SpecialGroup will agree to cancel your transaction if contact with Specialgroup is made within 24 hours of the original sale end date and time. In all instances, a fee will be assessed to accommodate lost time and money on the part of SpecialGroup and the selling entity. We appreciate your understanding of this matter.
