This auction is for a Peavey Purple Sparkle Wrapped Radial Pro 500 14” Diameter 12” Deep Floor Tom/Tom, as pictured. Wood shell is 14” x 9” deep and remainder of shell is composite material. Built between 1996 and 1999 according to the internet as it has 2 gold color and black badges with U.S. and Australian patent numbers. Made in U.S.A. toms apparently have a 6 ply cross laminated hardwood shell. Wrap looks nice with a few very light scratches. Seam appears to have been re-glued with Gorilla tape. One small chip along seam. Interior is excellent and stamped with #09525767 inside which is apparently a serial number. Composite edges are nice with a few minor dents. All 16 tension rods and washers match except one which is slightly different. Tubular arm style mounting bracket. Rims appear to be black powder coated and mount painted black. There are a few scratches, especially on mount. Both heads are Aquarian with bottom one having Peavey logo. Both have light use, scratches, and abrasions. Drum looks great for its age!
