Description
WOW!!!, what a nice vintage example of Cornet. I am not an expert but was told it could be Conn made however it is with the original case that it has always been with which reads Lyon & Healy. The cornet itself surprisingly enough is not marked or engraved with the maker. The nickel finish is very clean showing a few wear spots and a few minor dings. There is the long threaded screw on the slide adjustment which led us to believe it could be Conn made, either way its gorgeous and rare. I am not a player so i cannot test drive it as far as that goes. Slides all move freely, valve moves freely as well with one a bit sluggish. Great instrument, great piece of history, may need a bit of lubrication or service. Case in nice shape as well. Pictures are part of the description. Ships only to the continental USA.
