Nice Vintage King 603 Student Cornet with Original Hard-Shell Case and King MC Cornet Mouthpiece
Instrument in good condition, has been refurbished, tested and plays well.
Manufacturer Description:
The King model 603 is made in the USA and features a standard long bell design. The design provides ease of play, responsiveness and projection as well as accurate intonation. Professional Monel pistons provide light, quick action while the rose brass leadpipe warms the sound and resists corrosion. The 1st valve thumb saddle makes for easy intonation adjustments. The clear lacquer finish provides a subtle warmth to the overall sound. The 603 is a well designed durable instrument perfect for the beginning student and is well suited for all types of music.

Condition:
This vintage student cornet is used but in good condition. The instrument was refurbished and comes with its original hard-shell case and King MC Cornet mouthpiece. It has scratches and minor dings from student use but no major scratches or dents. It has most of its lacquer finish intact and no oxidation whatsoever. It is missing small screw that tightens down the finger ring (will try to find replacement). The case has wear on inside cloth but is in very good condition considering age. Seller Refurbished:
It has been refurbished in that it has been cleaned, and polished. The valves and slides have been ultrasonically cleaned. The valves have been lapped and the slides have been buffed. Valves and slides have been re-oiled and re-greased. Please see all pictures to determine the overall condition of this instrument.

Comes with a hard-shell case with felt lining. Also comes with its King MC Cornet mouthpiece.
