    Description

    Waterman fountain pen, model 352, 1930s, in gray marble celluloid with gold filled trim. Pristine condition with original price sticker, possibly uninked until I put a sac in it and started trying it out.
    The sticker says 'Flex. Med.', so if you want to know what Waterman considered a flexible medium point in this era, here it is. The Waterman No. 2 nib is a little stiff as flex nibs go, but still capable of good line variation, and it's a little finer than you might think a medium would be. See the photos and the writing sample.
    Lever filler, restored with a new sac installed. Length about 5 inches.
    The writing samples were made with the pen itself, dipped in Waterman Intense Black ink, on a Rhodia pad.
